Health Coaching Services
Health Coaching is a service provided by me to help individuals become healthier and happy. I will help steer clients towards healthy living which produces a sustained and consistent way of life for years to come. Each one of my clients is different so we work on your own individual needs. Here is a breakdown of my health services. You can choose to participate in all of them.
Health History
A free consultation where we discuss your health and goals.
Nature Hiking
A nature hike in the Westchester New York area.
Farm Trip
A trip to the local farm where we enjoy the outdoors, animals and good food.
Coaching Sessions
Bi-weekly health coaching sessions where you and I talk about your goals and concerns. Where we work together adding or changing ways to help and encourage you to achieve your health goals.
Pantry Makeover
We go through some of your pantry foods remotely or in person if you choose. We look at the nutrition labels of items in your pantry and decide to keep or substitute for something else.
Workout Partner
Local workout partner if interested. We will work out a schedule and nearby gym location that works for both of us.

How Health Coaching Works
Your Health History
The first step is to fill out a confidential health history form. We discuss your health and I get to know you better. We will be going through your health concerns and goals in order to become the best version of yourself. I will tell you about the program, pricing, schedule and you decide if you like to work with me.
We Make a Plan
Once I know more about you we start to come up with ways to help achieve your goals. You chose whatever you are comfortable doing between our bi-weekly sessions. This can include changes in what you eat, healthy activities or starting to exercise.
Coaching Sessions
With the health plan in place it’s time to start working on achieving your goals. During our coaching sessions we’ll go over your progress. We will keep working together for you to achieve your goals and work on the areas where you want to improve.
