Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- 2 large carrots
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2-3 TBS olive oil
Directions
For this recipe use as many sweet potatoes, carrots and cinnamon you like. If you don’t want a lot this is a good amount for 2-3 people. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Peel the sweet potato and carrots and cut into cubes or anyway you like. Add cinnamon and olive oil and mix everything together. Put into an oven safe dish covered with aluminum foil and bake between 30 and 45 minutes depending on how firm you like your veggies. Very sweet and flavorful no need to add sugar. Enjoy!
