Pineapple Fried Rice

Sweet and tart flavors of pineapple, rice and veggies. Blended together with a sharp taste of ginger and garlic make this rice a flavorful dish.

GLUTEN FREE AND PLANT BASED

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup white or brown rice cooked the night before.
  • Half of white or yellow onion
  • Small piece of ginger around a teaspoon when shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots
  • Half a cup of canned corn optional
  • 3 TBSP tamari or regular soy sos
  • Salt, Pepper and Red pepper flakes
