GLUTEN FREE AND PLANT BASED
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cup white or brown rice cooked the night before.
- Half of white or yellow onion
- Small piece of ginger around a teaspoon when shredded
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots
- Half a cup of canned corn optional
- 3 TBSP tamari or regular soy sos
- Salt, Pepper and Red pepper flakes
